Kelp Thai Noodles with Beef & Basil

First prepare the kelp noodles to make them soft!!

(1) 12oz package of kelp noodles Rinse in warm water for 2 minutes Next, put in bowl with filtered water covering the noodles Add juice of 1/2 lemon Add 1 TBS of baking soda (I like to add until I get a little fizz!) Get your fingers in the bowl and loosen the noodles!

Soak for a few minutes or until your noodles are desired softness!!

Then rinse!!

I recommend using the cleanest produce you can get your hands on...

Organic, non-GMO, closest to source, yada, yada, yada.

Ingredients for the Basil Beef:

1/2 pound ground beef (grass fed, organic) 2 cloves garlic minced 1/2 TBS avocado oil 1/2 TBS olive oil 1/2 cup fresh basil 1 TBS ghee 2 cups baby spinach 1/2 red onion chopped

1/2 lemon - for juice Cook beef through, save the beef jus for flavor, set aside...

+ olive oil & avocado oil to pan When heated... + the minced garlic and brown

Then... + the basil leaves + a squeeze of fresh lemon Cook until basil leaves are fully wilted Remove, set aside

Then...

+ ghee to pan + red onions, and cook until caramelized + baby spinach and cook until wilted

Add the noodles, beef and the rest of the ingredients to the pan.

Cook on low heat.

Stir until well mixed and warmed through.

If you REALLY want to kick it up a notch,

garnish your noodles with these!!

+fresh cilantro

+fresh sliced jalapeño

+fresh bean sprouts

It's ridiculous.

🤗 Enjoy!
